We’re What’s on the Table Podcast—a space for honest, meaningful conversations about mental health, wellbeing, life, and everything in between.
We bring real people and real stories to the table to break the stigma, build connection and community, and remind everyone that no one has to navigate life alone.
We create honest, open conversations about mental health and wellbeing.
Through real stories, shared experiences, and meaningful discussions, we aim to break the stigma, inspire connection, and help people feel heard, supported, and less alone.
Connection and community are at the heart of well-being, and we wanted to create a space where people can come together through meaningful, honest conversations.
Inspired by the warmth and openness of “the kitchen table,” our podcast is a place to share stories, listen, and connect.

Heather is a Registered Counsellor and the owner of NorthShore Counselling & Wellness, passionate about creating spaces where people feel safe, heard, and connected. Inspired by the conversations that naturally happen around the kitchen table, Heather created What’s on the Table Podcast as a warm and welcoming space to explore mental health, wellbeing, and the experiences that connect us all.
I’m looking forward to bringing real conversations to the table—creating a safe space where we can explore life, mental health, and wellbeing with curiosity and compassion. Most of all, I’m excited to create meaningful connections through honest conversations and shared experiences.
